The hp envy m6 belongs to the envy range of hp laptops that is known for its luxurious touch. It comes with an AMD A10 processor, 750GB HDD, 6GB of ram. It is a pretty powerful computer for its price. It comes with a keyboard backlight which makes late night work very convenient and the dre beats sub woofer even though not as loud as we had expected for the dre beat hype is very impressive and gives it a sense of class. It is in high competition with the dv6t and dv6z but if you are looking for a dependable laptop that fits into a budget, the envy m6 is your best bet.
The 2.3GHz A10-4600M runs fairly well for an everyday pc. It is great for web browsing, photo editing. It is not the highest end processor but fairly dependable. It has a very good battery life and great connectivity. The A10-4600M has a Radeon HD 7660G graphics processor dedicated coupled with the in-built HD 7670M GPU in Hybrid Crossfire which makes gaming very enjoyable. It has a fingerprint sensor for secure log in and hp coolsense to regulate the fan speed
However when it overheats, it is able to automatically shut down. While some may seem it as a good thing, we found it a little unnerving sometimes and fear it may be more frequent as the pc get older. Nonetheless this technology is very innovative for a pc in this price range. The envy m6 is thin and looks very much more beautiful for its price.
